OUR STORY
How the film began...
Mosaic was written in 2017 and the script was slowly adapted as writer, Emily Shepherd began delving deeper into the personal stories of the characters. The film follows Ida, her Mother and Father and follows Ida's journey of uncovering repressed memories from experiencing her Mother's death at age 7.
THE MAKING OF THE FILM
THE FILMING PROCESS
Mosaic was filmed in Perth, Western Australia over the course of three days and took over 3 months to complete pre-production, filming and post production. The film was predominantly shot with the Blackmagic Cinema Camera and later was converted to black and white.
